Refund and Returns Policy

At Just Brooks Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Underwear or swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal only).
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. Please include your order number and photos of the item, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
